• All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
• Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
• Refunds can be issued to your original payment method only.
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
• Exchanges can be made for any item in our store (excluding surfboards).
• All surfboard sales are final. Surfboards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• We have received your return package 30 days after the purchase date.
• The tags have been removed from the items ordered.
• The items you ordered have been worn or washed.
• You cannot return items through this website if the items were physically purchased from one of our Authorized Dealers.
